Looking at my short line of raised bed gardens the past week or so I'm not seeing much growth. The weather has been so cold that I truly believe I see Rhonda's kale shivering. I guess you could call the rate of development hesitant, at best, with the exception of the weed crop, which is quite dandy, thank you very much! I think there's still time to get additional seeds started because I'm sure we'll end the summer late this year and there will be a scorcher as soon as my well is repaired. I think something is watching me in a weird sort of way and maybe waiting for me to get my gardening and landscaping act together so the hot summer weather can make it's entrance. OK, OK, I'm trying! But it seems like the hurrier I go, the behinder I get!
