Stage Line Ranch is 60 acres of beautiful land in the heart of the Eastern Washington “Channeled Scablands,” a ruggedly picturesque and historic landscape. Located 12 miles south of Creston off Highway 2, west of Spokane, it is proudly owned and managed by Elsie Kelly who is a retired Air Force veteran, dairy goat enthusiast, horsewoman, cook, writer and nurturer of souls. She is assisted by her daughter Rhonda Kelly, a lifelong horse trainer, writer, artist and photographer.
Elsie, Nancy and Rhonda
Elsie raises dairy goats and develops their sweet milk into delicacies such as artisan cheeses, ice cream, and baked goods. She also raises a few head of Jersey-cross cattle and registered Quarter Horses (sorry, no horse rentals). Bottle-baby goats, milking does, and young horses are occasionally for sale.
In order to share her love and appreciation of this under-explored area, Elsie is developing the Stage Line Ranch Campground to offer visitors a peaceful place from where they can base their adventures. There is also a Day Use option for those who don’t wish to stay overnight.
